GitLab Pipelines Creation -- 2

I need to setup Gitlab for CI for now and later for CI/CD, I dont have much idea on how GitLab works so need a freelancer to work with me on this project, so that I go ahead with setting up different pipelines one by one for different components in my project. I am ready to pay 15-20K per month with daily 2 hrs work with me in early morning hours or late evening hours, time is not constraint here
