*** Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with software developers through various online platforms and communities.
- Learn about our projects and clearly explain them to potential candidates.
- Identify and engage qualified developers who match our hiring needs.
- Give our project to developer using Github
- You can see the running result in our dashboard
In one word, your main responsibility will be giving our project using github and make them run the project.
This is your part, and we will handle the rest.
*** Required Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of the software development industry.
- Basic knowledge of the recruitment or hiring process.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to use online platforms to search for and communicate with developers.
*** Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of web development technologies.
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Familiarity with GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or developer relations is a plus.
