Static Business Info Website

I need a simple, static website to provide company information. The site should be easy to import into GitHub or Cloudflare.

Technology & Portability: Require a plain HTML/CSS/JS build. I do not want any vendor lock-in and I must be able to host the code on any standard platform like Cloudflare or GitHub Pages.

Ownership & Access: I Require full ownership of the source code which I can upload to GitHub or Cloudflare. Please ensure this has been tested before handover, and instructions provided.

Clean Code Standards: Specify that the site must be mobile-responsive, follow accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA), and be optimized for high scores in Google Lighthouse (fast load times).

Ease of Maintenance: Provide a README file explaining how to make simple text or image updates myself.

Documentation & Handover: Require a final handover meeting where they demonstrate how to trigger a deployment (pushing to the repository) and confirm that all custom assets and build configurations are included in the repository.

Please ensure the site is easy to maintain, as I may want to update it in the future.
