EC2 to Sakura Cloud Migration

I need a skilled professional to migrate my site from Amazon EC2 to Sakura Internet's "Sakura Cloud." The site consists of three containers:

1. EC-CUBE environment: Approximately 200GB
2. EC-CUBE testing environment: Approximately 100GB
3. WordPress environment: Approximately 150GB

Requirements:
- Minimal to zero downtime during migration
- Specific security protocols must be implemented

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in GitHub for version control
- Strong understanding of Bootstrap-based site structure
- Experienced in migrating EC-CUBE and WordPress environments
- Proven track record of migrating from Amazon EC2 to Sakura Cloud
- Knowledge of implementing specific security measures during migration
