Production-Ready Streamlit HR App Suite

I need a skilled developer to build a small suite of HR-focused Streamlit apps and deploy them to Streamlit Community Cloud via GitHub.

I’ve already prototyped some of the apps myself in Streamlit, but I’ve run into repeated technical issues and now need someone experienced to take ownership and deliver a stable, production-ready build.

The apps are fairly straightforward (text input + AI generation + export to Word/PDF with company branding). I can provide screenshots, working examples, and requirements to guide you.

Requirements:

Build a Streamlit monorepo (Python 3.13) containing 7 small apps:

Job Description Generator

Job Advert Generator

Interview Guide Generator

Policy Generator (by country)

Hiring Manager Toolkit

Interview Feedback Collector

Contingent Workforce Tracker

Apps must:

Be neatly integrated into a landing dashboard with clickable tiles.

Use company branding (logos, colours) that I’ll supply.

Generate outputs in Word (DOCX) and/or PDF format.

Run smoothly in Streamlit Community Cloud (no local setup headaches).

Tech stack:

Python 3.13

Streamlit

GitHub repo for deployment

OpenAI (or other LLMs) for text generation (you can use AI to accelerate development if you wish).

What I’ll provide:

Screenshots of the working prototype.

Logo, brand colours, and formatting guidelines.

Clear requirements for each app.

Ideal freelancer:

Strong Python/Streamlit experience.

Has successfully deployed apps to Streamlit Cloud before.

Comfortable wiring in AI (OpenAI API etc.).

Can deliver quickly and with clean, maintainable code. AI code is fine as foundation, as long as it works.

Ability to clone and replicate the full suite and amend branding.

Budget & Timeline:

I expect this to be a short, efficient project for the right person and relatively inexpensive. I got really quite far with it myself just with AI code and zero tech experience.
