Make a mirror website for my GitHub Pages website (actually subdomain) and enforce HTTPS for the website.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My website mashweb.club has a subdomain, doc.mashweb.club, which is visible outside India. There is nothing remotely illegal there, nothing political or prurient there. Today for some time the subdomain got banned on the Yashtel ISP in Mysore, India and probably whatever ISP Yashtel uses upstream. The ban is probably by mistake, but such bans have happened to me before. Since I want share my ideas with Indian programmers using doc.mashweb.club, I want to create a mirror website for that subdomain. If and when I find that doc.mashweb.club is blocked in India, I will switch my CloudFlare.com DNS setting to the mirror.
The domain is hosted on GitHub Pages (https://github.com/Mashweb/mashweb.github.io/tree/gh-pages).
I will give a bonus fee for the creation of a monitor that will test the blocking of any of my websites' domains in troublesome countries like India, Russia, and China. I am not keen about Chinese access to my websites, but I am very keen about Russian access to them because I think some Russian programmers would be interested in my work.
I cannot select "Enforce HTTPS" for doc.mashweb.club because "Unavailable for your site because your domain is not properly configured to support HTTPS" according to the GitHub Pages settings.
