Github and push problem

Hello ,,
we are working on project ,, this problem from 1 year until now ,, sometime we push code's and it's work ok .. after while it's return as it was ,, i don't know what's the problem ,, we are using WHM and Github and most of our work on Laravel and vue.js
also the server connected to cloudflare ,, and also there is NGiNX ,, i can't figure the problem
so if there is solution for it we can work via AnyDesk
