Github Action YAML to Azure Pipeline YAML

We have build and test pipelines running in development using Github Actions. For production we would like to use the same yamls for Azure Pipelines. They are mostly made up of bash commands running in sequence and should be a pretty straight forward task for a developer who is familiar with Azure pipelines.
