Deploying artifacts into Synapse worksapce with GitHub actions

I need help deploying artifacts into a Synapse workspace using GitHub actions. I've got some special requirements for the deployment process, so I'll need a custom GitHub action for it. The artifacts I need to deploy will be written in Yaml. I'll need someone experienced in deploying artifacts with GitHub actions who can also address these special requirements.
