Deploy Open AI Chat Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for someone who can get our open-source AI Chat application up and running on my existing domain and then mirror the code to a brand-new GitHub account so the community can contribute freely.
What I need you to do
1. Securely log in to my web server (and, if needed, my local PC via remote session) plus the current GitHub repository.
2. Clone the project (git clone https://github.com/ai*****), navigate to the ***-chat folder, install dependencies with pnpm install, and launch it locally (pnpm dev) to confirm everything works.
3. Move from local to production: configure any required environment variables, set up Node.js service management (PM2 or systemd), and point my domain so the chat is publicly reachable over HTTPS.
4. Create a fresh GitHub account that I will own, push the full codebase there, and set it so outside contributors have write access.
5. (Optional but appreciated) add a simple README that explains how to fork, clone, and submit pull requests so the collaboration starts smoothly.
6. Document the exact steps you took so future maintainers can reproduce the setup.
Scope notes
• No custom feature work is required; install and run the code as-is.
• The goal is an openly maintained repo, so please avoid any settings that block public writes.
• All activity will be observed through a third-party examiner; once they confirm the deployment and GitHub mirror are live, payment is released.
Communication
Post your questions and progress here in the Freelancer chat. I’m ready to grant server credentials as soon as we agree on timing.
