Buildwise Construction Management App

I’m part-way through BUILDWISE, a mobile-first web app that replaces paper logs and scattered chats on construction sites with one streamlined workspace. The stack is simple—vanilla HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Firebase—but the feature set is ambitious and I need a skilled Firebase/PWA developer to bring the MVP across the finish line.

What’s already in place
• Neon-dark UI mock-ups
• Firebase project, hosting and basic auth scaffolding

What still needs to be done
1. Secure, persistent login that recognises the three roles—Manager, Engineer and Worker—and shows each only what they need.
2. Multi-project management (our critical MVP feature): create, edit, archive and display projects with a progress bar and deadline tracker.
3. GPS-based attendance so Workers can clock-in only when physically on-site.
4. Role-aware Dashboard, Reports and Chats, all in real time via Firestore.
5. Material request workflow where only the Manager can approve.
6. Budget and expense ledger highlighting spent versus remaining funds.
7. Service-worker powered offline-first capability so the app works even when reception drops.

Front-end: HTML5, modern ES6, CSS Flexbox/Grid
Back-end & data: Firebase Auth, Firestore, optional Cloud Functions

Acceptance criteria
• All features above functional on Chrome and mobile Safari
• Lighthouse PWA score ≥ 90
• Clean, well-commented code merged via PRs
• Short Loom or similar walkthrough on hand-over
