Add action for github ( test and uploade repository with ftp)

Actually is easy but is not my skill .
So you need just add actions PHPUnit test, like my local test. You can find my command in my makefile . (make test)
That mean the tests are there just pipline.
and another thing is that when I merge my pull request to main (master), the host should be updated! And migration should be done in the host and ... (make server)
i have two server one stage and one prod. in env.prod and env.stage should be should be ftp user and pass
what i give you :
- access to repository ( you should have github user )
- ftp user and password
