troubleshoot GitHub actions for our repository

We are looking to switch to git-ops, and need some assistant in troubleshooting the GitHub actions regarding the errors in lint, build stable and build develop the repository link as below:
https://github.com/naderelabed/frappe_docker/actions

this task would be considered successful when we can run and build the docker images and saved in the dockerhub.com
