Stabilise Node-React Health Platform

Job ID: 40573195

Budget: £2 – £5 GBP

Our occupational-health booking system is already live and about 99 % feature-complete, yet every time code is touched new problems appear. Built in Google AI Studio with a Node.js back end and a React front end, it now needs a steady pair of hands to make it production-reliable and to keep evolving it over the long term.

Current pain points
• Frequent bugs and crashes, especially around booking appointments, reviewing questionnaires, and granting certificates.
• User-interface glitches that surface across every portal—client, company, and medical-technician views.

What I need from you
1. Quickly audit the existing repo, trace the crash sources, and patch them without introducing regressions.
2. Clean up the React components so each interface feels consistent and responsive.
3. Harden the Node.js API layer—proper error handling, logging, and unit tests are essential.
4. Work with me on a rolling basis; please state your hourly, daily, or weekly rate so we can choose the most practical model.
5. Commit all changes through Git with clear, descriptive messages and open pull requests for review.

Acceptance criteria
• Zero critical crashes after a full testing cycle covering the booking, questionnaire, and certificate flows.
• All three interfaces load without visual or functional defects on the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
• Automated test suite passes in CI before any deployment to production.

If you enjoy untangling existing codebases and can communicate progress openly, this should be a straightforward ongoing engagement. I’m ready to grant repo access and walk you through the deployment pipeline as soon as we agree terms.
