About the Role
We’re building an AI product that’s already in the hands of thousands of users. We need a senior engineer who can take ownership of significant parts of our stack — from React interfaces to Node.js services and LLM integrations. This is not a greenfield project. You’ll work with mature production code where your decisions have immediate impact. The product is live, growing, and the technical challenges are getting more interesting.
What You’ll Build
You’ll work across our full stack to ship features that matter:

Design and implement AI-powered features using LLMs, MCP, and image generation models
Build and optimize React applications with TypeScript that handle complex user interactions
Develop scalable services and APIs in Node.js that serve production traffic
Architect data solutions across MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Collaborate with a competent team that values clean code and thoughtful engineering

You’ll have real ownership. When you ship something, you’ll see it being used.
What We Look For
Required:

Deep computer science fundamentals — you understand how systems work, not just how to use them
5+ years building production web applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Proven experience working with relational and NoSQL databases in production
Fluency with modern development workflows: Git, npm, and contemporary build tools (Vite, Webpack, esbuild or similar)
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor or equivalent)
Version control as part of a collaborative engineering team
Strong understanding of the web platform and its ecosystem
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS)
