SVN to Git Migration Expert Needed

We are a software product company currently using SVN for version control and are planning to migrate to Git. We are seeking a freelancer with strong expertise in both Git and SVN-to-Git migrations.
Key Expectations:
SVN-to-Git Migration Expertise: Demonstrated experience in executing smooth migrations while preserving full history and handling merge conflicts effectively.
Git Workflows: Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies (e.g., feature branches, hotfixes, Git flow) and the ability to manage complex version control scenarios.
Repository Structuring: Expertise in optimizing repository structures for scalability and ease of collaboration post-migration.
CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating Git into existing CI/CD pipelines and automating version control processes.
Post-Migration Support: Ongoing assistance to monitor repository health, ensure Git performance, and address any issues that arise.
Training and Best Practices: Capability to provide hands-on training and implement Git best practices for our development teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools like Git-SVN or svn2git to facilitate efficient migration, including customizing scripts if necessary.
