Remote .NET Developer – Early Shift | Long-Term Collaboration

Description

We are looking for one or more remote .NET developers for a long-term collaboration.

The role focuses on software development and resolving development-related issues, ensuring that progress is made before our main team starts.

C# / .NET

ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core (Web API)

SQL Server

Git (Pull Requests)

Schedule (IMPORTANT)

Working days: Sunday to Thursday

Main working block: 06:00 – 12:00 (fixed and mandatory)

Remaining weekly hours: flexible, for:

emergency availability

task completion

handover and follow-ups

Total: 40 hours per week

Days off: Friday and Saturday

The schedule may be covered by more than one developer, as long as full coverage is ensured.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and improvements

Investigate and fix bugs in existing code

Analyze and resolve SQL Server–related issues

Prepare clean pull requests

Provide clear written handover notes

Requirements

Solid experience with .NET and SQL Server

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on a fixed early schedule

Reliable internet connection

Clear written English

Pricing & Commitment (IMPORTANT)

Please submit your proposed rate (hourly or monthly) in your application.

The rate proposed will be the rate used at the start of the collaboration.

We do not accept changes to the agreed rate after starting, except by mutual agreement and after a reasonable collaboration period.

This position is intended to be long-term, not short-term.
