React-Node Site Feature Updates

My production site runs on a React front end with a Node/Express back end, and I need a sharp developer to tidy up a handful of key items.

Deliverables
• Move the entire codebase into a new GitHub repository, push the latest changes, and confirm access/branch settings are correct.
• Wire in the Google Location API so users can search and display places seamlessly; we will fine-tune whether that is a search bar, map view, or an update to the current component once you review the code.
• Improve the existing zip-code logic so look-ups work reliably and invalid entries are handled gracefully.
• Refresh robots.txt and generate a current XML sitemap, then deploy both so Google can crawl them immediately.

Acceptance criteria
Code must compile without new warnings, the Google call returns accurate coordinates, zip-code tests all pass, and both robots.txt and sitemap render in a browser at their expected URLs.
