Rails 8 Upgrade & Minitest to RSpec Migration

I'm seeking a capable Ruby on Rails engineer to help transition my codebase tests from Minitest to RSpec and to upgrade the application to Rails 8. I have comprehensive documentation available for the current codebase. After this initial task, there will be opportunities for further work, as I'm looking for a reliable long-term collaborator.
