Node.js Feature Expansion
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My production-ready Node.js application is live, but a handful of planned modules are still sitting on the roadmap. I’m looking for a developer who can dive into the current codebase, understand the existing patterns quickly, and build out those missing features so we can move to the next release without delays.
Scope
• Add the remaining modules (details and priorities will be shared on kickoff).
• Integrate each new piece seamlessly with the current REST/JSON endpoints and front-end hooks.
• Write clean, well-commented code and brief setup notes so the rest of the team can follow your changes.
• Push work through Git with concise, self-contained commits and create pull requests for review.
• Provide a short hand-off walkthrough once everything is merged.
Acceptance criteria
– All new modules compile with zero lint errors and pass my existing test suite.
– No regression issues in the current live features.
– End-to-end testing confirms the new logic is production ready.
Tech stack you’ll touch: Node.js (latest LTS), npm, Express middleware, Git. If you’re comfortable plugging in extras such as user auth, payment hooks, or real-time notifications, that’s a plus—I may extend the contract for those next.
Timeline is flexible but I’d prefer steady, incremental delivery over a single big drop. Let’s chat about your availability and approach, then get coding.
