Need help With GIT - Trying To Upload Project to Github

Hello Im currently doing a tutorial and before i was able to upload my project to github but recently I kept running into the same error after trying to upload changes. Im basically just trying to get the green dot on github commitments.

It asking for my username and email but i already answered this before.

I need someone to login to my computer and fix the git issues. While I watch.
