Music app - ROR

We are looking for Ruby specialist, ROR expert, to implement our music streaming project,

Our requirement:
-Quality
-Ruby specialist, ROR expert!,
-Css and html experience,
- PostgreSQL for the DB.
-EmberS and reactJs,
-Good knowledge in deploying to servers.(and of Linux).
- Deploying a page (daily: 1 page a day...).
-Quality, and competitive costs.


The project:
- the main page (landing page associated with a payment gateway: provided of the specialist and designed of the specialist according the provided design of the project).

- We will provide our speicialist with a design of the project (HTML/Css/Js), we are looking for a strong changes of the design( the results another better design)!

-RTL the design, and to further the project 3 Lang. And to responsive the designed html.

- Implementing the project HTML: RoR/reactJS and emberJS

- completing the not designed parts of project from the designed parts (user panel and admin panel.... are not designed....)

- directly deploying any page to the server. (Page a day)

The result of the project: solid and competitive streaming music project.

What is the cost and the time?( of the page)( not designed html cost =designed html)


/admin panel and user panel( not HTML or designed) and singer panel ( considered of the cost of pages....I.E: news pages: admin panel submitting news.). Payment gateway of music (Considered of the cost of pages)
