Modern Laravel CMS Development

I need a full-featured audit management system developed in Laravel that feels light, fast, and visually modern. The core of the job is to set up the back-end architecture (Laravel 10+ preferred) and pair it with a clean, responsive Blade or Inertia front-end so editors can create, edit, and schedule audits without touching code.

The finished application should include:
• An interactive dashboard where I can see recent stats of audit status
• Secure authentication plus granular permission controls for admins, and other roles defined in roles matrix and users will be added by admin, some guest users register online, make payment and use our online platform for conducting audits
• Media uploads handled through an intuitive library, with basic cropping and compression
• Robust search, pagination, and draft / publish scheduling and Dynamic reports.

Code must be version-controlled in Git, formatted to PSR-12 standards, and documented enough for another developer to extend. Deploying to a staging subdomain on my shared cPanel server is the last step so I can verify everything before sign-off.
