Migrate a Jekyll site from aerobatic to something else

Thanks for your time. I have an older Jekyll static site (a portfolio) which is now out-versioned but my machine's dependencies are all now ancient and I'm spiraling into dependency package manager hell, so I am punting. I want to take a Jekyll site I had deployed on now-defunct Aerobatic static website hosting, and get this upgraded to latest dependencies and then deployed on whatever cheap static Jekyll/ruby-ready host server you recommend that can do the same stuff.

I'll include an NDA since it is portfolio. Once that is executed I'll provide a bitbucket repo link.
