Laravel Web Application + Admin System + REST API (CRM 2026)
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are building a structured web-based platform (internally named CRM 2026) using Laravel.
This is not a simple CMS website or template customization.
The project includes development of:
1.Web application (user-facing)
2. Full admin/back-office system
3.Structured relational modules
4. Role-based authentication & permissions
5. Production-ready REST API (for future mobile app integration)
6. Scalable, clean architecture
Important:
1. Full UI/UX design is already completed (all pages, states, and components).
2. This is strictly a development project.
3. Backend must be Laravel (latest stable version).
4. API must be properly structured and documented.
5. Architecture must allow future mobile application expansion.
We are looking for a serious development partner, not a quick MVP hack.
Required Tech Stack
1.Laravel (latest version)
2. MySQL / MariaDB
3.REST API (token-based authentication)
4. Git version control (we require repo access from day 1)
5. Staging + production-ready structure
Preferred but optional:
1. Vue.js (if justified)
2. Laravel Sanctum / Passport for API auth

- Endpoint documentation (OpenAPI/Postman)

Payment Structure
1. Fixed total project price
2. Milestone-based payments
3. Clearly defined scope per milestone
4. Acceptance testing required before milestone approval
We do NOT accept:
1.Open-ended hourly contracts
2. Undefined scope proposals
3. Vague “we’ll adjust later” pricing
Who Should Apply
1.Agencies or structured development teams preferred
2. Proven Laravel platform experience required
3. Must have experience building web apps + APIs (not only websites)
4. Must demonstrate clean architecture understanding
Solo freelancers will only be considered if they can demonstrate strong architecture experience.
