Laravel Web App Starter Build

I’m looking for a Laravel developer who can spin up a clean starter web application for me. The scope is intentionally lean—just enough to give me a working foundation I can extend later.

What I need:
• Core Laravel install configured with environment variables and basic security settings.
• User authentication (registration, login, password reset, email verification) set up with Laravel Breeze, Jetstream, or similar.
• A simple, responsive dashboard view that pulls sample data from a MySQL table.
• A lightweight content-management section where I can create, edit, and delete pages or posts.

Design isn’t a priority, so the default Blade/Bootstrap styling is fine; feel free to keep it minimal and functional. Code should follow Laravel best practices, use clear naming, and be commit-ready for Git.

Deliverables:
• Complete source code pushed to a Git repo.
• SQL dump or migrations for sample tables.
• Brief README with local setup and deployment instructions.
