Laravel Base Code Bug Fix

Job ID: 40279886

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I recently purchased a commercial Laravel starter kit and have run into two main pain-points: certain features break during specific user actions and overall performance drags under load. I need an experienced Laravel developer to dive into the repository, trace the root causes, and ship clean, tested fixes.

Here’s what I’m dealing with right now:
• Functionality issues surface only when particular workflows are triggered (for example, navigating deeper into authenticated areas, saving complex forms, or hitting AJAX endpoints).

Your task is to audit the codebase, locate and repair the offending logic, then optimise any queries or middleware that are slowing things down. I’m already set up with Git, so you’ll work in a separate branch, commit frequently, and open a pull request for review.

Deliverables
- Clear summary of each bug, its cause, and fix
- Updated, well-commented PHP/Blade files or controllers
- Database/query optimisations where relevant
- Passing tests or a brief screencast proving the fixes in action
- Final pull request merged without introducing new errors

Acceptance criteria
1. No functionality breaks when running the documented user flows.
2. Page response times stay consistently under two seconds on my staging server.

If you’re comfortable tracing complex Laravel stacks and squeezing extra speed from them, I’m ready to get you access to the repo right away.
