We are looking for a ruby on rails programmer who can help us update and manage the site. We would love someone to be on "retainer" for about 5 hours per month, or a set rate. We don't have any major changes, but need it to be updated and need to add more content management systems so as the administrators we can make content changes. It's a pretty straightforward site, just looking for a reliable programmer.
