GitHub Upload & File Optimization
Budget: $20 – $40 USD
I have a PHP code-base that needs to live in my GitHub repo’s main and branch. Before it goes up, I want it cleaned: strip any dead or duplicated PHP, remove unused assets, optimise the images, then minify the CSS and JavaScript.
Once the site folder is lean, I need it committed (or pushed with Git LFS if a file exceeds the regular size limit) directly to the main and branch of my existing repository. Please handle any .gitignore tweaks so cache, build, or vendor files stay out of version control.
Deliverables
• A cleaned project directory with unnecessary code removed, images optimised, and CSS/JS minified
• A single, successful commit to the main and branch of my GitHub repository containing the optimised files
• A brief summary of what was removed or optimised and any Git-related steps you took so I can reproduce them next time
