Git expert only (using terminal)

I'm looking for a Git expert to help with a project. I need someone who is fluent in using the terminal. The task I need completed is creating a repository from scratch. I would like the person I hire to provide me with a tutorial or example, as I need direction before I proceed. Additionally, the task will include configuring launch parameters.
