Git Training Required

I need someone to train 2 people on the usage of Git in Simple English. They should be trained on the basic concepts of git. They have some knowledge on git, but still lacks basic concept knowledge.

Push, Pull, Merge, Pull Requests, Managing Conflicts, Usage of Git on VSCode.
