Full-Time Oracle SQL, PLSQL Development and Support

I need a dependable Oracle expert who can work side by side with me for at least the next three months on Citi’s KYC platform. The workload is continuous and hands-on: crafting new queries, tuning PL/SQL for performance, and jumping in to debug production issues the moment a ServiceNow ticket appears.

Our toolchain is Git Bash and Bitbucket for source control, JIRA for sprint tracking, SQL Developer for day-to-day coding, and ServiceNow for incident management. You’ll be expected to pull branches from Git, raise clean pull requests, annotate fixes in JIRA, and close out tickets with clear root-cause notes.

Deliverables
• High-performing Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL packages
• Documented performance gains with before/after metrics
• Thoroughly analysed and resolved ServiceNow tickets
• Clean, peer-reviewed commits merged in Bitbucket
