Custom Windows Extension Build

I’m seeking an experienced extension developer who can guide me from concept to a fully working prototype that runs smoothly on Windows machines. The exact type of extension—whether a browser add-on, a VS Code plugin, or an e-commerce platform module—will be finalized together once you’ve reviewed my use-case and recommended the best fit.

What I need:
• Functional prototype compiled for Windows, packaged and ready to install.
• Clean, well-commented source code stored in a Git repo I control.
• Brief installation and user guide (Markdown or PDF).
• One revision cycle after initial delivery to fine-tune behaviour or UI details.

Nice to have (but not mandatory): advice on how the codebase could later be adapted for macOS or Linux.
