Bitbucket setup for a software project

I am in need of a freelancer who can help me set up both Bitbucket and Git accounts. I will require complete assistance with repository setup and management for a software development project. The ideal candidate should have experience with both Bitbucket and Git and be able to provide expert guidance on the setup process. Additionally, I am looking for someone who can provide ongoing support for the project and ensure that the repository is working efficiently.
Besides that, our software will be used by our clients under a subdomain system, when any change is made in Bitbacket, it must be tested on the testing system, and after approval, it has to be transferred to the production system and updated ALL SOFTWARE USER CLIENTS.
