Bangladesh Laravel Developer Needed

This project centres on building and maintaining a web application written in Laravel for a Bangladesh-based audience and stakeholder group. All code will live in Git, follow PSR-12 conventions, and rely on Laravel’s built-in tooling for routing, Eloquent models, migrations, queues and notifications.

Because core team members operate on Bangladesh Standard Time, real-time collaboration during local working hours is essential; fluent Bengali communication is a strong plus. Typical tasks will range from setting up fresh modules and RESTful endpoints to optimising existing controllers, writing PHPUnit tests, and squashing production bugs as they arise.

Deliverables will be pushed feature-by-feature through pull requests, each reviewed for:

• Clean, PSR-compliant PHP/Laravel code
• Clear migration and rollback paths
• Relevant unit or feature tests passing in the CI pipeline
• Concise commit messages and documentation in English
