Azure AI ChatBot

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an Azure AI ChatBot. The purpose of the ChatBot is information retrieval and I have a specific list of features and functionalities that I would like included. The ChatBot will be integrated with my website, so experience with website integration is a must. Ideal skills for the job include:

- Strong knowledge of Azure AI ChatBots
- Experience with website integration
- Ability to implement custom features and functionalities
- Strong communication skills to ensure the ChatBot meets my specific requirements

Functionalities:
- Adapt colors etc. to company CI
- The ChatBot should not only provide information based on its own PDF documents or links, but also access general knowledge sources from ChatGPT. Correct?
- Change sample questions
- Prompt optimization
- Add Logo
- Configure AI so that you can enter a web URL and ask questions about it (realtime parsing)
- Prompt optimization to achieve the best possible results with questions about some PDF documents
- Changing or removing the "developer settings" in the chat Example
- The default language and UI should be "German"
- The bot is primarily used for questions about tax advice, auditing and legal advice
