Military Rank Photo Edit

I need a professional photo edited to swap my current military rank of Lieutenant Colonel with Colonel.

I just need the two silver oak leafs edited out of the picture and replaced with Colonel rank, which are eagles. I need somebody that understands the U. S. Military rank. I can find another picture of what the rank should look like when complete.

Requirements:
- Change the rank insignia in a dress uniform photo.
- Maintain photo quality and realism.
