Help with GIMP

Help to teach me how to easily remove the grey background color in GIMP from these cards to make the background almost white but still leave the print black. I need to do this to multiple cards, but I want to do it myself. I just need help learning to do it once. Maybe a video showing the steps or written instructions for GIMP.
