GIMP 3.2.4 Scripted Collage & Montage
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need two reusable scripts for GIMP 3.2.4—one that assembles a photo collage and another that produces a classic montage—both finishing with a single overlay image set to 50 % opacity. The source images will always be photographs and I will be running the scripts on a Windows machine, so the code (Script-Fu or Python-Fu) and any instructions you supply must be fully Windows-compatible.
For each script please:
• generate the final composite in a new image rather than flattening the originals
• expose easy-to-edit parameters (grid size, spacing, overlay file path, output resolution)
• return the finished file in the GIMP project’s native *.XCF format
Deliverables will be the two script files, a short README guiding me through installation inside GIMP’s user scripts folder, and a quick test procedure so I can confirm everything runs correctly on my PC. Remote help via chat or screen-share is welcome if I hit setup issues. Once both scripts execute end-to-end on my computer, the job is complete.
