Erase Crease on Dress Photo

I have a single photograph of a wedding photo that was folded, leaving a clear crease line running through the image. Along with removing that line entirely, I also need the small white patch showing beneath the flowers on the dress filled in so the print looks continuous. The goal is a seamless, natural-looking restoration—no trace of the fold, no blank fabric, just a flawless dress design.

Any other touch ups to make this photo look incredible would be helpful
