Custom Background Photo Edit

I need a photo edited with a custom-designed background. We would like the background to be a cozy library with a fireplace decorated for Christmas with a window that shows a snowy outside. There’s three pictures that can all have the same background.

Requirements:
- Change the current background to a custom design
- Match the new background with photo lighting and colors
- Add scenery or landscape elements based on my general idea

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in photo editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
- Experience in creating custom backgrounds
- Strong artistic sense for refining general ideas into cohesive designs
