I am looking for someone who can vectorize and trace designs (characters or elements) to be used in cutout animation. The designs must be organized so that each part of the character or element (head, arms, legs, etc.) is in separate layers, ready for rigging in Toon Boom Harmony. It is important that:

2. The elements are perfectly separated into layers and prepared for animation.
