Red Eyes to Green GIF Export

I have an animated clip in GIF format. Across several frames the eyes appear red; I need every one of those red-eye instances recoloured to a natural green and the file re-exported as an optimized, looping animated GIF that keeps the original resolution and frame rate.

Please:
• Correct every occurrence of red eyes, making sure the hue is consistent across all frames.
• Preserve overall image quality—no visible artefacts or colour banding after export.
• Deliver the final animated GIF plus the working file (PSD, AEP, or equivalent) so future tweaks are easy.

A strong eye for detail and proven experience in frame-by-frame retouching or colour grading is essential. Mention similar projects you’ve handled and the tools you prefer (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve).
