Need someone to turn 2 png images into a transparent gif.

Hi. I'm a designer and I made a lightening bolt icon that I want to be animated as a .gif. There are only 2 images. The 2nd image has a glow to it that makes the bolt glow. I'd like the gif to be transparent. And, I'd like it asap thanks!
