GIF Compressing High Quality for Website

Hello, I’m Bob from Brazil. I need to upload some GIFs files on a website just like glossier site (https://www.glossier.com - the one hover on the products with the compressed animated GIF).
In terms of the hover images, those should be VERY short, looping animated gifs optimized the best we possibly can to keep the file sizes down low which is tricky with gifs. They are technically one of the image slides for the product pages that are simply displayed for the hover state so they have the same sizes as any other product images.
I need to make 15 different GIFs. Each one should have the range from about 200k-500k file size. They have to be really small so can you can see on mobile with any matter but keeping the good quality of the pictures.
I will send you all the 15 files with a PSD file and a GIF file with the resolution I would like to have. I have on my timeline a range of 10-20 keyframes of each GIF.
Can you help me compressing the files please??
