Create two GIF animations - with branches growing independently.

I'm needing two GIFs created, eventually finalizing to the same image. The two versions needed are explained in the attached image. The independent branching that I'm needing is similar to these:

I do have the .ai files if needed and I will need the ai (or other) files as well as the GIF files.
The project does require an IP to be signed.
