Cartoonish Gif Animator

I'm working on an entertainment-focused POC involving small gif animations. I will also require app design help for a follow-up phase.
Key responsibilities:
- Create small, cartoonish 2D gif animations for a fun POC
- Design a user-friendly, engaging UI/UX for the POC and the subsequent app
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in gif animation, with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps
- Creative, with a good understanding of entertainment aesthetics
- Knowledge of app design best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and iterate on feedback
We want to start a long tern relation with a designer, initial assign will be for the attached images concept create a set of animation.
Please note that the POC will serve as a precursor to designing a full-fledged app.
