Build Gifs of 30 horses and jockeys

I have a horse racing game that uses gifs for the horses when watching them. I would like it to be more realistic and the stadiums to be better. It is old asp data. I am unsure if adding 3d horses etc works. I posted this before but after 5 months I still havent had an answer and my freelancer has went awol. See links below. Horse gif is whats on game now.
