Animated City Skyline GIF Creation

I'm seeking a talented designer to create an engaging GIF for our Squarespace website. The GIF should feature our city skyline, drawn in our signature grey color, with the line appearing from the left side of the screen to form the outline. To enhance realism, I would like to include a moderately detailed cloud, with animation showing its movement across the skyline.

- We are hoping to get our city skyline (attached) to be created like below. We do not need our wording "local building recruitment" just the outline of the city
- Some detaiil to be added into hte buildings would be appreciated to make the city look more "busy" but not overpowering
