Animate logo for email signature

Hi there,
I'm looking to create a simple logo animation for an email signature.
I would like it to be simple, and have some moving colors.
Our logo Is attached.
I'm opened to suggestions, but would in general like to see the short color stripes animate - or maybe the cyan, magenta and yellow color to fill "Visuals".
The text underneath the logo does not need to be there.
Also, the colored stripes can be larger - like in the attached PNG file.
